INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF THE
ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003
("Code on the protection of personal data")
 
 
I)Purposes and Processing of Collected Data.
FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group informs that the collected personal data, either provided by the person concerned or by third parties, may be processed, by third-party companies too, for the following purposes:
  1. Compliance with obligations of Italian laws and regulations and directives of the European Union, or with orders issued by Authorities in accordance with the law and by supervisory and control Agencies.

    The provision of the personal data required for such purposes is obligatory and the related processing does not require the approval of the people concerned.

  2. Purposes strictly connected and instrumental in the management of relationships with the customers (e.g. getting preliminary information to conclude an agreement, carrying out the obligations of an agreement concluded with the clients, checks and evaluations of the results and development of relationships, and also of the risks connected with them, etc.).

    The provision of the personal data required for such purposes is not obligatory, but the refusal may entail - according to the relation between the data and the service required - the impossibility by FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group to render the service. The processing of these data does not require the approval of the people concerned.

  3. Other purposes functional to the activity of FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group, such as:
    • assessment of the degree of satisfaction of the clients on the quality of the services rendered and on the activity carried out by FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group and by the group FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group, performed by means of personal interviews, phone calls, questionnaires, etc.
    • promotion and sales of products and services or FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group, of the group FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group or of third-party companies, carried out by letter, phone, advertisement, automatic communication systems, etc.
    • processing of studies and market research, by means of personal interviews, phone calls, questionnaires, etc.
    • public relations.

    The provision of the personal data required for such purposes is not obligatory and the processing of these data requires the approval of the person concerned.

    The processing is performed with manual and electronic instruments, with logic strictly connected to the above-mentioned purposes and, in any case, in such a way to ensure the safety and privacy of the data.
 
 
II) Sensitive data.
FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group processes sensitive data of its customers only to render specific services and perform specific operations requested by the customers themselves. In such cases, FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group will carry out such operations only after getting the written authorization of the requesting person concerned.
 
 
III) Categories of parties to whom the data may be transmitted or that may get to know them as persons responsible or in-charge of data processing.
  1. FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group may transmit, without the authorization of the person concerned, the collected personal data to:
     
    1. recipients to whom the data must be transmitted under provisions of the Italian law and regulations or directives of the European Union.
    2. to the companies belonging to the group FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group, or subsidiaries in accordance with the art. 2359 of the Italian Civil Code, that will process the data and that pursue the same purposes they have been collected for.

  2. FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group may also, with the authorization of person concerned, transmit the data of its customers to independent companies, agencies or groups that process the data on its account:

    1. for the purposes of item 2 of Section I.
    2. for the purposes of item 3 of Section I.

    The detailed list of the parties to whom the data may be transmitted can be looked up in the premises of FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group.
     
  3. C. The legal entities and the people of the list of the following item V may get to know the data because of their responsibility in processing the data, and also the people of the following categories, as entrusted people, may get to know the data strictly needed to perform the tasks assigned to them:
     
    • employees of FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group
    • temporary employees
    • trainees
    • financial advisors
    • consultants
    • employees of external companies entrusted with the processing of data
 
 
IV) Rights of the person concerned.
The Italian law grants to the person concerned specific rights, among which the right to know which data about the person FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group owns and how such data are used, to get the cancellation of the data, the transformation in anonymous form or bar further use of data that have been processed in breakage of the Italian law and also the update, correction or, if interested, integration of the data and to oppose, for legitimate reasons, any processing. The person concerned may, finally, oppose at any time processing for mailing of advertising materials, direct sales or market research.
 
 
V) Data Controller and Processor
The Controller of Data is FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group, the updated list of the other people, internal and external to FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group, that are responsible for the processing of data may be looked up in the premises of FCC srl - Permasteelisa Group.
