RayCONTROL a system which has been specifically developed to get the best performance out of the RayConditioning system system with the greatest ease since the stage of design.

With the RayCODE , one can configure with a simple 5-digit code the logic of the system, after selecting it from a vast range of combinations covering almost all possible cases, and generate the MECHANICAL LOGICAL DIAGRAM and the ELECTRICAL WORKING DRAWING.
Finally, by inserting the selected code into the RayCONTROL, unit at re-start, the customer's service enables the logic selected by the designer and completes its operating features.

The foundation of the logic consists in defining the essential logical/functional elements of a system that, in their different combinations, characterize it distinctively . The fundamental principle of the logic is to follow the line of cold, while the management of heating is viewed as an accessory function of the cold line (e.g. heat pumps) or as a function to be configured in the levels of customer's service.

The selection of the type of diagram is for the Designer the selection of the basic "philosophy" of the type of system that best fits the functional and economic requirements of the set client/building/installation. After generating the “model”, the designer will continue with the dimensioning of the mechanical system (powers, diameters, deliveries, positions, etc.) while for the electric system, that will be output in dxf format too, protections and cable sections will be dimensioned.
